Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is an alliance of 170 children’s hospitals in North America. Since 1983, these hospitals have provided the finest care, research and community outreach to millions of children with diseases and injuries of every kind.
Locally, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raises funds for Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU (CHoR) and in 2013, CHoR received nearly $1 million from Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ fundraising campaigns and events. These dollars help pay for equipment, services and programs that benefit CHoR’s 50,000 annual patients. Wherever you see the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals iconic balloon around Central Virginia, donations are being given to ensure local children have access to the health care they need and deserve.
